My girlfriend and I were new to this process and fairly ignorant of the workings of real estate. Jake was very accommodating and generous with his time in helping us find the house we were searching for despite our limited budget. When a deal fell apart due to liens the seller had failed to disclose, Jake helped us regroup and accelerate our search so that we could close on our house within our tight time frame. Highly recommend!
Paul did a wonderful job on helping my wife and I purchase our first home! He does a wonderful job when looking through potential homes and trying to show you the hidden potential in places and an image for what it can become. We were looking for a home that had room for projects that we could do ourselves and Paul was wonderful in creating a vision for the places we looked at!
Very helpful and friendly! Goes out of her way to show you places and to help the process go as smooth as possible! We moved from out of state and she was very flexible. When an issue occurred with selling our house in the other state she made sure that everything was taken care of in Wisconsin and that we were able to move into our new house either way highly recommend!
Alicia is great! I highly recommend her. She was always there for us... she even worked until 9-10pm when we had to get an offer in ASAP. She never pressured us to make an offer, which was really appreciated. She was always on time, made sure to explain the process to us, and answered every single question.
Paul was extremely responsive when I first inquired about a property. He was the first realtor to actually call me instead of bombarding me with impersonal text messages. My wife and I found Paul to be very personable and sincere. Our "house hunting" was very fast due to limited time and conflicting schedules between my wife and me but, Paul understood and was very accomidating.
