After nearly twenty years in the mortgage business, I have jumped the fence to the greener grass of real estate! I first started in real estate in Door County during the midst of a brisk second home market in 2002. My unique journey in real estate began as I transitioned through buying a home to raise my three incredible kids while working in the healthcare industry and then transitioning to a much bigger home after finding the love of my life and his three kids. We are now what some coin as the modern-day Brady Bunch. I obtained my bachelor of Leadership and Organizational Studies degree in 2016 from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. We have lived in the Fox Valley for much of our adult lives, but certainly know a thing or two about moving and the benefits and fears that can go with it.
As a wife, mom of 6, Fox Valley resident, and business woman I bring a plethora of experience to an already established and dynamic team, the Kelly Davies Homes Team. I have been blessed to work with the Kelly Davies Homes team and the Landro Fox Cities Realty teams for several transactions as a buyer and seller from all over north eastern Wisconsin. Five very successful transactions later, I made the incredible leap to become a real estate agent and was blessed to join the team that brought me so much piece of mind while I was working through each transaction. At each price point and transaction, I learned the ins and outs of home buying and selling and cannot wait to share my experience with you.
A home purchase or sale is a transaction, the journey from start to finish and guidance in-between, is my passion. There has always been something that drew me to real estate and working with people my whole life. I learned empathy for others as a caregiver in an assisted living and dementia unit while obtaining my Paralegal degree. After working as a family law paralegal, I became a Sr. Lease Administrator for a national transportation company. I obtained my Real Estate Salesperson license in early spring 2022 and work as Lease Analyst for a global retail company. Every day is all things real estate for me.
Home sales and purchases do not always go smoothly, I have had my own personal hiccups prior to having knowledge and proper guidance, I don’t want anyone to go through that. I have obtained my Accredited Buyer Representative designation, and Pricing Strategy Advisor Certification.
When I am not showing homes and getting ideas for my own remodeling, my husband and I enjoy camping and hunting with our six children and three dogs. We also frequent Florence county where our family has land to get off grid and unplug when needed.
Born and raised in the De Pere area, I grew up in an environment where you respected everyone, worked hard, and did whatever it took to get the job done. I believe the core values my parents instilled in me from a very young age, to be honest, to have empathy, integrity and most importantly to respect and listen to others, have helped me to be successful in both my personal and professional life.
I originally started my career in the dental industry, working as a dental assistant and then moved into insurance working for one of the largest health care insurance providers. After careful thought and consideration, and encouragement by my family and friends I decided to make a career change and pursue my real estate license. The reason I chose real estate is because it’s a customer service industry and I love working with people, coaching, training, and mentoring. My experiences, core values and having the ability to put my skills to use, make me successful in this industry.

I am an avid sports fan who grew up in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, before graduating from UW-Oshkosh in 2016, and completing my master's degree in 20218 (Wisconsin Lutheran College). I've spent the past 8 years working in athletics through Purdue University (2016), Wisconsin Lutheran College (2016-2018), Appleton YMCA (2019-2021), and UW-Oshkosh Women's Soccer (2018-2024). I continue to stay connected with athletics in my free time, and will bring my competitive nature to help secure your dream home!
In my free time I enjoy watching sports, working out, and playing video games. I'm a huge soccer, basketball, and football fan. There won't be a time in my house where there isn't an athletic event on the TV.
